Randall Bal is the current WORLD RECORD holder in the 50 Meter Backstroke (50 M) and the 50 Meter Backstroke (25 M).

Randall will be speaking to the team about his swimming experiences. He will be available for autographs and pictures, question & answer. If we're lucky he will bring some of his World Championships Gold Medals for the swimmers to see (and maybe touch). He said he may also have a few of his t-shirts to give out to lucky swimmers. Also if we're lucky he might get in the water and demonstrate some of his swimming techniques.

This appearance is during his last week of preparation for the world championships qualifier next week.

All practices normally scheduled from 9:00 on will be cancelled for his appearance. The entire team is invited to attend from 9:00 until the conclusion of the appearance. Thursday's practice will be: Normal for 13-ups (7:00-9:00am) At 9:00 guest speaker Randall Bal will be arriving at Whitney.
